YOGA | MEDITATION | LIVE MUSIC

Silent Sardinia Festival lands on the suggestive Cannigione seafront with an event dedicated to Yoga and Meditation. Caressed by the colors of the sunset, participants will be able to participate in various practices and activities organized by the schools of Arzachena, including the Silent Ecstatic Dance , the very special meditation during which the participants reach a state of ecstasy dancing wildly and freely. The concert ends with the Guitar Ambient Session of the Iglesiente talent Francesco Nicola Perra Aka Perry Frank , immersed in the starry sky of the Gulf of Cannigione. The evening will connect several places on the seafront, including Parco Riva Azzurra and the garden of Porto Laconia Residence, which will host the shows of the KIDS AREA - Theater for Families section .
